Long Term goal:135 or maybe down to 125 (depends how I look when I get to 135)

I've been skating since I was 8.I love skating.I don't do it to compete(sp), I skate cuz I love the sport.It's something that is a great way for me to express how I feel.I had to stop last year cuz of a knee problem.My knee cap slides out of place.It hurts a lot when it doesn't that.I've been doing lots of physical therapy so that I can get back on the ice.I've been starting my lessons again and my coach hopes that I'll join club this year.
While being off the ice I had gained weight.I've been strugling to keep it off since November.I had been put on Ritalin for ADHD.It mad me sick to the point a thew up ever time I ate.This is how my eating disorder started.From Feburary to April I had stoped cuz my boyfriend didn't aprove of it.He broke up with me late April.I started again.Lately I've been working out a lot to lose weight.I'm trying not to have an ed cuz I don't want to hurt people who care about me.So instead I'm just working out a lot.Sometimes I don't eat, or I'll binge.I haven't purged for a long time but last week I gave in.I felt bad for doing it after.So now I'm just trying to work out and eat better.

welcome :) i'm glad this is getting started :), yeah i've been skating since i was 9... love it... compete every once and a while test etc... but its like u a great expression of what i love...

I had a problem like that with my knees when I was 10-11. It never really went completely away, but as long as I'm careful, it won't come back completely. Good luck with the PT -- I was doing it 4 days a week at one point, and I know how much it sucks.
